The dress code is Black Tie. We ask all guests to wear formal evening attire — dinner suits for gentlemen and evening gowns or equivalent for ladies.
Yes, we can accommodate dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Please provide your requirements when booking or email us at annual.dinner@youngrailpro.com at least two weeks before the event.
Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Corporate tables and groups of 10 can request to be seated together. Contact us for table allocation enquiries.
